Pearl's theme was people obsessed by money will lose something and people don't notice it until it give result.Last week a yacht hijacked by somalian pirates. Pirates demanded 7 million dollar for ransom. However, British government refused to pay because their policy said no compromise with pirates. Those Pirates looks like Kino .Well, Kino was not a person who kidnapped people and asked for ransom, but they have many similarity. For example, they both are poor, and need money desperately. I am pretty sure they lost many important things for their life while they worked as a pirate. they are obsessed with money so they are doing illegal and against ethics. Somalian pirates needed money so they attacked hundreds of ships and risk their life. They chose wrong choice, so many countries are after them, and will pay something for this action
